On 1st of January 2007, Guangzhou company of China Overseas Property formally unveiled details of its first property project located in Jinsha Bay (金沙灣) in Guangzhou to the media and public.  The project’s  premium location and high-end positioning had drawn intensive market focus. In 2007, it is expected that four new projects will be launched in Guangzhou and Foshan areas, on top of the five existing on-going projects, namely Top View,中海花城灣、中海璟暉華庭、錦城南苑 and Starcrest Phase II.

Alongside with the project launch ceremony, the company celebrated also its record-breaking operational scale and achievements in Guangzhou in 2006, as its annual turnover reached 3,000 million yuan, times ahead compared with 2005.
