Recently, Suzhou company of China Overseas Property was named “2006 Suzhou Most Influential Property Enterprise” while its development Lakeside Palace was accredited as “2006 Suzhou Most Influential Property”. In the year, the company’s sales turnover had topped the market as well.

Organized by Suzhou Broadcasting System, with survey findings raised by Suzhou citizen, the yearly brand influence assessment activity lasted 54 days this year. At the prize presentation ceremony held on 30th January 2007, total 10 brand developers and 20 brand properties were awarded the title.
