High rise units at Greenery Heights open for sale

At the public launch of Greenery Heights developed by China Overseas Property on 7th April 2007, 239 high-rise residential units were transacted out of the 336 units offered, realizing a turnover of 165 million yuan. The average selling price inflated 1,000 yuan per square meter compared with the initial launch in November last year.
Located in the new ecological development district in Buji Town of Shenzhen, Greenery Heights occupies a site area of 45,000 square meter and construction area of 90,000 square meter. The property comprises 9 low-rise and 1 high-rise block. The high-rise units are currently offered for sale.
