On 12 November 2007, China Overseas Property had successfully bid the land parcel # B1 & B2, which is situated at the North Gate Plaza of the Shanghai Railway Station. Within 2 miles distance to the People’s Square where the city government locates, the land rests at the core district of the city’s inner ring. The site area of the land is 4.42 acre, offering gross construction area of 160,000 square meter. Combining with the adjacent #B3 land parcel that the company bought in upper half year, a total construction area of 260,000 square meter will be tendered for the planned construction of a large-scaled residential, commercial and office complex.
