China Overseas’s Annual Report Wins Silver Prize in the International Mercury Awards

Following the honour gained in the renowned International ARC Awards in August 2008, the China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. 2007 annual report has recently won another world-class award, Silver Prize in “Design – Overall Annual Report Interior” in the 22 ndInternational Mercury Awards.
The International Mercury Awards, organized by MerComm Inc since 1987 and aimed at honoring the world’s best in public relations and corporate communications, has its judging values placed on creativity, effectiveness and performance. Entries from worldwide are attracted to compete for recognitions in different communications specialties every year.
Themed as “Sharpening Capabilities for Sustained Growth” , the COLI 2007 annual report adopts coherent images of “honeybee picking honey” throughout the interior pages to reflect the Company’s prudent operation and its blooming operation results. This award recognizes further the Company’s high standards achieved in communications. The Company will continue to use annual report as an important tool to communicate with its investors, shareholders, customers and the public, striving to make continual enhancement in its corporate governance standard.
