At the “2008 Chongqing City Construction – Outstanding Contribution Award” ceremony held in February 2009, which is jointly organized by the Association of Real Estate in Chongqing, Chongqing Association of Real Estate Development, and Chongqing Planning Association etc, Chongqing Company of China Overseas Property was renowned as “Top 20 Most Influential Real Estate Company” , which is another accreditation gained for the company in year 2009.
