In year 2009, which marks the fourth anniversary of establishment of China Overseas Property’s Ningbo Company, the company won accreditation as “Creating City Value – Ningbo’s Outstanding Real Estate Enterprise”. The recognition was jointly given by committee of China International Housing and Furnishing Exposition, Ningbo Daily News and Ningbo Real Estate Association.
