(16 July 2009) China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd (“COLI” or “the Company” , Stock Code: 00688) has garnered two awards at today’s award presentation ceremony of the CNBC International Property Awards 2009 (Asia Pacific) in Singapore. The Company becomes the most award-winning Chinese property developer.

The two projects of COLI, Starcrest, Foshan and One North Riviera, Chongqing, both won the 4-star “Best Development, China” award.

The longest established and renowned International Property Awards aim to recognize the outstanding residential projects in the property industry across the globe. The independent judging panel is formed by experts within or related to the property industry to issue awards for six regions including the international level, the Americas, Arabia, Asia Pacific, Europe & Africa and the United Kingdom. The 16^th International Property Awards 2009 (Asia Pacific) is sponsored by CNBC and supported by numerous famous international media partners.

       Starcrest is located at Qiandeng Lakeside of Foshan and has a total site area of 270,000 sq.m. and a total gross building area of approximately 822,000 sq.m. The project provides 5,625 luxurious residential units.        One North Riviera is located at Beibin Road which offering 480 meters of panoramic river view scenic.
