China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. (“COLI” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 00688) is awarded Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprises 2009 in the category of blue chip company by Economic Digest.

On 8 December 2009, Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprises Parade 2009 Award Presentation Ceremony was held at JW Marriott Hotel. Mr.Hao Jianmin, Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of COLI attended the award presentation ceremony and received the award from Mrs. Sophie Leung Lau Yau-fun, GBS, JP, Member of Legislative Council, HKSAR.

Since 2004, Economic Digest organized Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprises Parade every year to recognize outstanding listed companies in Hong Kong. COLI has recorded more than 40% compound increase of its net profit for six consecutive years. The company has marked the best record in terms of property sales and total GFA sold in 2009. From January to November 2009, the total property sales amounted to HK$45 billion and the total GFA sold reached 4.57 million square meters, representing an increase of 79.4% and 83.5% respectively as compared to the same period of last year.
