This year, COLI won the “Platinum Award” in recognition of the Company’s outstanding performance in areas such as financial performance, corporate governance, social responsibility, environmental protection, investor relations, information disclosure and corporate communications.
Organized by The Asset, Asia’s most reputable asset management and investment magazine, The ESG Corporate Awards are among Asia’s leading and oldest ESG awards. They assess the performance and effectiveness of listed companies in the Asia-Pacific region across various aspects, including social responsibility, environmental responsibility, and investor relations. The evaluation results are widely accepted and served as significant benchmark indicators for market reference.
In 2023, COLI’s ESG performance received recognition from the capital market and consistently surpassing the industry average. COLI has been included as a constituent stock of the FTSE4Good Index Series for seven consecutive years, and the Hang Seng ESG 50 Index for four consecutive years. Notably, COLI achieved an exceptional score of 89 in the LSEG ESG rating (formerly known as Refinitiv), ranking first worldwide among 504 real estate companies. Furthermore, COLI’s overall rating in GRESB increased by eight points from the previous year, resulting in an upgrade to three stars. Additionally, COLI’s outstanding environmental protection efforts have earned it an AA rating from Wind ESG Rating, a renowned financial information service provider in China, making COLI the highest-rated and No.1 listed company among domestic real estate companies. These market accomplishments highlight COLI’s ESG management, active advocate of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
